The VISTA member will strengthen program systems by creating workflows, templates, checklists, volunteer tools, partner contact lists, referral processes, and county expansion resources. They will help organize program materials, improve on-boarding systems for volunteers and facilitators, document procedures, and build tools staff can use after the service term. The member will also support partner outreach systems for jails, clinics, hospitals, schools, recovery organizations, and community agencies. By the end of service, the VISTA will create a program systems manual, volunteer engagement plan, partner outreach tracker, and transition materials.
