Position Overview
A family in Concord, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Nanny/House Manager to support their household and two children, ages 6 and 8, as they settle into a new home and the children begin at a new school this fall. The 6-year-old has a lung condition requiring some attentiveness to respiratory health, and the 8-year-old has ADHD; experience supporting children with these needs is preferred. This role blends childcare support with household management — helping keep daily routines, meal prep, errands, and family systems running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both children's schedules and household logistics.

Responsibilities
Prepare meals and snacks for the children
Run errands as needed
Tidy up after morning routines (light pickup only — a separate cleaner handles deep cleaning)
Prepare karate uniforms/gear ahead of after-school activities
Coordinate after-school activities, including karate and aftercare
Support the 6-year-old's respiratory health needs as directed by the family
Support the 8-year-old's routines and behavioral strategies related to ADHD
Maintain and update the family's Skylight calendar to keep schedules current
Establish and maintain household systems to support a smoothly run home
Support two children (ages 6 and 8) through the transition to a new school
Requirements
Prior experience as a Nanny/House Manager required
Experience supporting children with respiratory conditions and/or ADHD strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and experience managing household systems/calendars
Comfortable coordinating after-school activities and transportation
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
