Great company in the Irvine area is looking for a strong ACCOUNT MANAGER-NOT SALES for a large company to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast paced environment. Temp to hire paying $22-24hr

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and affiliates.
Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Act as a trusted liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee and manage the dispatch process for various service calls, prioritizing timely and effective
resource allocation to meet customer needs.
Request and submit proposals for additional repairs/services and to correct deficiencies.
Follow up on completed inspections with affiliates to make sure the reports, paperwork, and invoices
are sent to National Accounts in a timely manner.
Review the Call Analysis report from your account manager and provide status on work orders.
Review exception management queue and mark‐up queue daily.
Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy including the NTE (Not to Exceed) amounts on
customer POs (purchase orders) prior to mark‐ups.
Mark‐up/price the service and inspection call properly before submitting to the Account Receivable
team.
