    Description

Narrow‑Web Flexo Press Specialist (Mark Andy 2200)

Picture your weekend shift starting before sunrise. You review a fresh job ticket, double‑check proofs, and prep the Mark Andy 2200 for a rapid, accurate setup. Plates are mounted, anilox and doctor blades are selected, inks are matched, and substrates are threaded. You dial in registration, impression, web tension, ink viscosity, and drying so each label locks into spec. Throughout the run, you’re scanning barcodes, watching for defects, and correcting any hint of pinholing, bounce, or color drift. You capture production data, keep waste low, and hand off a clean press for the next job—safe, precise, and on schedule.
