- This resource will support NASCO benefit file coding activities, group benefit change implementations, corporate initiatives, and benefit defect analysis and resolution.
- The role requires strong experience with healthcare benefits, claims processing, and NASCO benefit file configuration.
Requirements:
- NASCO Benefit File Coding experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical claims benefits processing.
- Healthcare benefits coding and claims system experience
- Strong system analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience performing system analysis, claims unit testing, and benefit defect root cause analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate benefit configuration and claims processing support.
- Experience supporting group benefit change implementations, corporate projects, and healthcare reform initiatives.
- Subject matter expertise in MOS and Classic group benefit inquiries and issue resolution.
- Experience providing test case criteria and implementation support for systems testing.
- Experience working with cross-functional business, project, and IT teams.
- Experience supporting healthcare benefit configuration and claims processing environments.
