Position: National Accounts Development Manager
Location: Greater St. Louis, Missouri
Compensation: $90K-$100K base + uncapped commission (on both new wins and account growth)
Relocation: No
Travel: MUST be okay with 50% regional travel

Overview:
A growing and innovative Manufacturing Company in the food and beverage space is seeking a driven sales professional to generate new business within national retail accounts such as major grocery and big box retailers, as well as food manufacturers across the United States. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and consistently winning new business.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree: Procurement or Logistics or related Business degrees, (preferred)
  • Own new business development across target accounts and channels nationwide
  • Run a full cycle sales process from cold outreach through close, including executive level presentations
  • Proven experience in Accounts such as (Walmart, Target, Costco, Schnucks Grocery, etc)
  • Build and expand relationships with key decision makers across retail and/or food manufacturing accounts
  • Execute against a clear sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Generate pipeline through trade shows, industry events, and direct outreach
  • Position solutions by leveraging insights on industry trends, innovation, and customer needs
  • Stay ahead of market dynamics and competitive activity to win new opportunities
  • Grow existing accounts while consistently adding new business
  • Earning commission on both new wins and account growth
