Hulcher Resources is looking for a motivated, results-driven National Account Manager to expand our agricultural services business by developing new customer relationships and growing existing accounts.

In this role, you'll represent industry-leading bin cleaning, grain storage maintenance, and product transfer services while partnering with grain elevators, feed mills, ethanol plants, grain processors, cooperatives, and other agricultural operations throughout your assigned territory.

• What You'll Do

As a National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding Hulcher Resources' presence by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and delivering solutions that help agricultural operations improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospect and develop new business throughout your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with grain elevators, cooperatives, feed mills, ethanol plants, grain processors, and agricultural facilities.
• Grow existing customer accounts through planned maintenance programs and additional service offerings.
• Present customized solutions for grain storage cleaning and product transfer services.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and effectively communicate technical services to customers.
• Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers responsible for purchasing services.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track customer activity using CRM software.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven success prospecting and closing new business.
• Experience managing customer relationships and growing existing accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently from a home office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Agricultural industry experience is highly preferred.

Travel:

• Travel approximately 60-70% throughout your assigned territory
• Overnight travel required
• Home office-based position
