Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a major national retail account, managing all aspects of the customer relationship.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead joint business planning, assortment discussions, promotional activities, and forecasting efforts.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver best-in-class customer support.
- Manage a significant book of business and identify opportunities to increase distribution and sales performance.
- Maintain relationships with distributors and other channel partners to maximize account success.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Account Management experience.
- MUST HAVE proven experience managing the Target business.
- Background selling consumer products within beauty, personal care, or broader CPG categories.
- Experience working with distributors and/or chain salon accounts.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
