ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a National Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing key client relationships while driving national roofing service and project opportunities. This is a high-impact position focused on strategic account growth, customer retention, and delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and experienced in commercial roofing sales, operations, or account management. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage national account relationships across commercial and industrial markets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and strategic partners
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets
• Collaborate with operations, service, estimating, and production teams to ensure successful project execution
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and service
• Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and service agreements
• Coordinate national roofing service programs and project rollouts
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Track sales activity, forecasts, and account performance metrics
• Travel to client sites, meetings, and industry events as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction, or building envelope industry
• Previous experience in national accounts, business development, sales, or account management preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and services
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and proposal management
• Willingness to travel as needed
