Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key natural and conventional grocery accounts to drive sales growth.
- Drive new business through UNFI and Kehe distributors.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.

A successful National Account Manager should have:
- Experience with account management and business development in the FMCG industry thorugh UNFI and Kehe.
- HQ-call natural and conventional regional grocery experience.
- Proven track record building out new distribution at an emerging brand.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
