We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-oriented National Account Manager to drive growth and customer engagement within the Oil & Gas and Construction industries. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring our organization remains aligned with the evolving needs of our customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, influences change and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will serve as the voice of the customer internally while partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Pricing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer value.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.
Oil & Gas and/or Construction industry experience preferred.
Technical sales experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success selling through multi-channel distribution environments.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions at multiple organizational levels.
Strong conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
Experience working across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of collaboration.
Willingness to travel as business needs require.

Base salary range: $118,138 to $131,263/year
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, other personal and professional benefits.
