Job Duties
- Complete the sales cycle by demonstrating the value of InfoLink data.
- Answer end-user questions on software, network, and hardware settings.
- Develop, deliver, and support training and consult with end users to ensure successful adoption of technology products.
- Collaborate with project management and product installation teams.
- Support retailer to ensure a favorable start to technology adoption.
- Provide reports on prospecting, sales activities, and known market conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years related experience
- Associate degree (Business)
- Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driving privileges
- Extensive travel (over 20%)
- Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
- Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business <20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday.
- Per 8-hour shift. Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to lead and gather retail management support to achieve company and customer objectives within a team environment.
- Good communication both verbal and non-verbal, computer, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Basic IT wireless knowledge. Possess a strong knowledge of technology and competitor products.
