Position OverviewThis position is a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing, Contracts & Operations Manager that supports and optimizes commercial operations for the Fuji dealer channel. Responsible for managing dealer pricing programs, contract administration, operational workflows, and channel support processes that drive dealer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate has experience working with dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks and understands the complexities of dealer pricing structures, channel agreements, rebate programs, and operational coordination. structures, rebate initiatives, and promotional pricing strategies for the Fuji dealer channelPartner with sales leadership and dealer development teams to support competitive pricing and profitability goalsReview and approve special pricing requests, dealer incentives, bid support, and channel pricing exceptionsAnalyze dealer performance, margin trends, competitive positioning, and pricing effectivenessEnsure pricing governance and consistency across dealer agreements and regional programsMaintain pricing tools, databases, and reporting systems to ensure accurate dealer pricing degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of experience in pricing, contracts administration, channel operations, dealer support, or commercial operationsExperience working with dealer, distributor, reseller, or channel partner networksStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsExperience managing pricing programs, dealer agreements, rebates, and operational processesPrevious experience managing and leading a teamPricing strategy and analysis experienceDemonstrated contract lifecycle managementOperational process
