The National Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:

What you will do:
· Recruit IT, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing & Engineering consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
· Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the BEST opportunities.
· Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates based on client needs.
What you have:
· BS/BA OR 2-3 years of Professional or Service Industry experience
· Interest in a performance-based environment including outbound calling.
· Enthusiasm to network and communicate with others.
· Drive, spirit, motivation but also compassion and understanding.
What we prefer:
· Previous sales/recruiting experience (Internships included)
· Experience working in a performance-driven environment.
