Lead Sales Manager For International Logistics
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established global company that has recently expanded its U.S. footprint and is investing heavily in its commercial organization, infrastructure, and customer acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the sales organization while partnering closely with executive leadership both domestically and internationally.
Lead and develop a national sales team focused on freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing customer relationships.
Establish and execute commercial strategies that support aggressive growth objectives.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals while fostering a high-performance culture.
Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, talent acquisition, and strategic planning.
Maintain executive-level relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders.
Support strategic account planning and enterprise customer development initiatives.
Spend significant time in the field alongside customers and sales teams.

This is a highly customer-facing leadership position requiring regular travel throughout the United States. Candidates should enjoy spending time in market with customers and sales teams while helping drive the organization's continued expansion.
Base salary: $150,000 - $240,000
Annual bonus opportunity: 25%
