Overview:
The National Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth through proactive prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling across multiple geographic markets. This role owns the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing new business and supporting a successful transition to operations. The NSR serves as a strategic partner to prospective clients, developing customized solutions that align with customer needs and organizational objectives.
This is a highly autonomous, hunter-focused role that requires strong business development skills, relationship management capabilities, and a results-driven approach to achieving revenue growth objectives.
Location: Candidates should ideally reside within reasonable commuting distance of a major airport, as this role requires frequent business travel.

Salary Range: $96,200 - $115,400 annually, depending on experience and geographic location plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.
