Salary Range: $48000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy in all retention transactions.
- Answer questions from the field pertaining to billing inquiries, ads lists, editorials written, print and distribution of magazines centered around monthly deadlines.
- Have a full understanding of and consistently demonstrate proficiency at explaining all products and services to existing internal customers.
- Make administrative revisions to account information as needed.
- Recognize recurring issues in tickets, investigate the potential problems and innovate long term solutions.
- Make phone calls to amicably resolve escalated requests.

Job Requirements:
- Education in Communications or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service related roles.
- Residency in Kansas City metropolitan area.
- Full time, onsite.
- Driving to onsite cultural activities as requested.
- Sitting or standing as preferred for long periods of time in front of a computer.
