National Traveling Superintendent Electrical Construction

Current Project: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $150,000$175,000 Base + Project Bonus + Annual Bonus
Travel Rotation: 4 Weeks On / Extended Weekend Home
Lead the Field on Major Electrical Construction Projects
We are seeking an experienced
Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale, high-profile construction projects across the country.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent who comes from an
electrical contracting background, knows how to lead large field teams, and is looking for the next major project to take their career to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day electrical construction operations on major projects
Direct and coordinate electrical field crews and subcontractors
Work closely with Project Managers and project leadership
Manage manpower, scheduling, materials, and field productivity
Coordinate installation activities and project sequencing
Maintain quality and safety standards throughout construction
Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively
Coordinate with other trades and project stakeholders
Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and according to project requirements
What We're Looking For
Required:
Strong electrical contracting background
Significant experience as an Electrical Superintendent
Proven ability to lead large construction teams
Strong field leadership and communication skills
Must be willing to travel nationally
Strongly Preferred:
Data center experience
Mission-critical construction experience
Hospital experience
Airport experience
Large commercial electrical construction experience
Current Project
Our immediate need is for a major
data center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Travel Rotation:
Approximately 4 weeks on the project
Extended weekend home
Fly home Wednesday around noon
Return Sunday
100% in-person field position
Some Saturdays required
