Nature & Science Specialist - Overnight Summer Camp

Lead hands-on, outdoor activities that bring science to life for young minds this summer amongst the oak trees in Julian, CA!

At Girl Scouts San Diego Overnight Camp, our Nature & Science Specialist guides campers in exploring the wonders of the environment in fun and meaningful ways. You’ll plan activities and lessons that help campers build an appreciation for the great outdoors while connecting them with their natural surroundings.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop hands-on science activities that immerse campers in STEM and local flora & fauna.
• Create environmental education resources for campers and co-staff.
• Coordinate and lead programming to allow campers the chance to connect with nature through their summer camp experience.

Employment Details:

• Pay: $96 - $102 per day (plus lodging and meals)
• Dates: June 8 - July 25, 2026
