Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's401k plan and receive a discretionary Company contribution [to the plan]. Employees will receive 8 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and will accrue 18 days of PTO which will be prorated based upon start date during an employee's first year. Hired applicants may be eligible to receive discretionary annual bonuses. Those that have successfully completed their 90-day review may submit a request to their supervisor for consideration for hybrid remote work. Our hybrid remote work policy currently requires all associates to be in the office three (3) days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and the third day is flexible and can vary week to week.

We are seeking a talented Naval Architect ready to apply practical engineering skills to design new vessels, develop modifications to improve existing vessels, navigate an increasingly complex regulatory framework, and help clients solve unique problems in marine environments.
