We are looking for an individual who is a motivated self-starter, withstronginner drive.Responsibilities:Work alongside CT LIVE producer to schedule interviews with local businesses and community leadersPitchcontent ideas for segmentsShootvideo while attendingon-locationshootsEdit segments for broadcastPost toCT LIVE's social accountsExperience with MS Excel, Word,PowerPointand Outlook preferredProficient in using social media platforms such as:Facebook,Instagram,and TikTokPrior video editing experiencerequiredEligibility Requirements:Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the length of the program and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progressCurrent class standing ofjunioror above (30 credits)Mustbe authorized towork in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversalIN-PERSONMust be willing to work at the station in West Hartford, CTDesired Characteristics:Detailed oriented by natureComfortable working on multiple projects at the same timeAbility to find creative solutions to projectsStudents with class standing of junior or above preferredResponsible, punctual, creative, and professionalAble to interface maturely with all levels of company management, and able to participatein execution of strategic division and departmental initiativesExcellent organizational skills.
