About the Role
Join a highly technical manufacturing environment where precision, performance, and innovation matter. As an NC Programmer you will play a key role in optimizing CNC machining operations across a large, multi-machine production environment (30+ machines).
This role sits at the intersection of programming, process engineering, and continuous improvement—giving you direct impact on cycle times, quality, and advanced manufacturing capabilities. You’ll be hands-on in the shop while collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive efficiency and introduce cutting-edge machining technologies.
