Job Title:
NC Programmer DMU / Siemens
Location: San Diego, CA
Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Onsite
Duration: 6 12 months
Job Description:
Role Summary:
Develop and maintain NC programs for DMU machines using Siemens-based programming environments to support precision aerospace manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, test, and optimize NC programs for machining operations; interpret engineering drawings, tooling requirements, and process plans;
support setup, prove-out, and shop floor issue resolution; improve program efficiency and machining performance;
coordinate with manufacturing engineers, machinists, and quality teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong NC programming background in precision machining; experience with DMU equipment and Siemens controls/programming environment; ability to troubleshoot machining issues and support production execution.
Preferred:
Aerospace machining experience, knowledge of tooling/fixture considerations, and familiarity with NX or related CAM environments.
The payrate is ***/hr. to ***/hr. C2C
