This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. This position follows the school day schedule.

Our NCAT Program—delivered in partnership with the Northwest School District—offers a unique opportunity to provide therapeutic services to youth with intensive behavioral health needs, right where they learn and grow.
This position offers meaningful, mission-driven work for a therapist who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment and wants to make a direct impact in the lives of students and their families. You’ll work on-site at the NCAT Day Treatment Program, blending clinical care with daily interaction in a structured school setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy within the NCAT Day Treatment Program
- Facilitate psycho-educational groups for students
- Collaborate with academic staff and participate in team-based care planning
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Offer crisis intervention and support when needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work required
Work Experience / Training / Additional Requirements:
• Two (2) years experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
Licensure / Certification:
• PLPC, PLMFT or LMSW or full licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Missouri required
