NCCCO Crane Operator | Up to $40/hr
TradeWorX is hiring NCCCO-certified Crane Operators for a power plant shutdown project. This role requires experience operating all-terrain hydraulic cranes in high-demand environments. Candidates must hold the proper certifications and be able to work efficiently under shutdown conditions.

Pay, Schedule & Start Date
- Up to $40/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time hours;shutdown schedule with potential overtime
- Duration: Approximately 1 month (potential for extension)
- Start Date: April
Responsibilities
- Operate all-terrain hydraulic crane (Tadano ATF 160G-5 class) on active jobsite
- Perform lifts in coordination with site team during shutdown operations
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and ensure safe crane setup
- Follow lift plans, load charts, and all jobsite safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with riggers and site supervision
- Maintain production pace in high-demand shutdown environment
Requirements
- NCCCO Certification (TLL –Telescopic Boom Swing Cab required)
- Valid PA Crane License
- Proven experience operating all-terrain cranes (200-ton class preferred)
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Strong safety awareness and communication skills
