Job Description
NC''s Div. of Employment Security (DES) seeks to procure one contractor to fill a Mainframe Programmer Architect role. The primary responsibility is to cleanse data in the current legacy Benefit Payments System and convert the data to Oracle.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist in maintaining the Tax and Financial Accounting and Reporting System (FARS) systems and work on the Interfaces related to North Carolina Unemployment Insurance Tax System (NCSUITS) and Southern Consortium Unemployment Benefits Integration (SCUBI).
