- Responsible for managing Salesforce deployments across various environments using the Copado DevOps tool. - Confirm and document pre- and post-deployment tasks to ensure successful releases. - Install, configure, and upgrade the Copado tool as needed. - Collaborate closely with Developers and Testers to troubleshoot deployment issues. - Coordinate with the Release Manager to support releases, including outside regular business hours. - Administer and manage deployments on the Salesforce platform, especially in large, multi-dimensional organizations. - Utilize Git/BitBucket for version control during deployment processes. - Apply understanding of Apex or Object-Oriented Development principles to support deployment tasks. - Maintain and leverage Salesforce Admin experience and certification. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding on-site work, absence notification, subcontracting, and compensation requirements.
