Key Responsibilities

• Govern and oversee the Change Enablement process across all NCDIT divisions and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with public-sector requirements, including audit controls and high-visibility changes.
• Lead modernization efforts in ServiceNow, focusing on automation and process improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and enhance cross-domain coordination.
• Communicate effectively at the executive level for high-impact changes.
• Drive strategic improvement initiatives and enterprise process redesign.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in ITSM processes, specifically in Change Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in change governance, risk assessment, and compliance controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience leading Change Management processes within a large IT organization.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CAB Workbench.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and IT control requirements.
• Experience in public-sector or enterprise-scale IT environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
