Job Summary (List Format): Senior Business Analyst Right of Way Workflow Tracking System
- Perform full business analysis responsibilities from Business Concept through Implementation for the Right of Way Workflow Tracking System project.
- Manage business analysis work or projects with clearly defined deliverables leading to solutions.
- Identify and document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to inform project decisions.
- Complete analysis and documentation of current ("as-is") business capabilities.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Perform industry, competitive, and state analyses (including strategic, financial, and operational), and develop business cases and conduct market research for benchmarking.
- Support system go-live activities such as data conversion, support desk setup, site support, training delivery, and logistics management.
- Assist with change management and communication initiatives and activities.
- Carry out PMO activities including project time tracking, work plan updates, status and service metric reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Work remotely within the United States, utilizing personal computer and secure connection tools (Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect) to access a virtual NCDOT workstation.
- Minimal in-person engagement may be required in the Raleigh, NC area.
- Required skills: 7+ years in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Test Planning & Execution Management; 3+ years (desired) in Business Process Modeling; 2+ years (highly desired) with PMP-PBA or IIBA CBAP certifications.
