NEW CGI REQUIREMENT – nCino Business Analyst
Client: CGI
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Type: Permanent / Full-Time

6 month contract to hire
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Salary Range: $90-$135k

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience (8+ years for Lead-level candidates)
• 3+ years of hands-on nCino experience (Required)
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience (Required)
• Commercial or Consumer Lending domain expertise
• Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, functional specifications, UAT
• Strong experience with data mapping, ETL, systems integration, and source-to-target mapping
• SQL for data validation/reconciliation
• Experience working with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams

Preferred Experience

• Full nCino implementation or upgrade
• Core banking migration/conversion projects
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud
• ETL/Integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.)
• Loan Operations, Credit, Risk, Compliance, or Portfolio Management
• Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder Certification
• nCino Certification
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
• Design lending workflows and future-state processes
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and integration analysis
• Partner with development and data engineering teams
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and release activities
• Support production issues, reporting, and platform enhancements
