Job Title: nCino Developer (Commercial Loan Origination) Remote Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong hands-on expertise in the Commercial Loan Origination process. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of the nCino platform, strong Salesforce development skills, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. This role requires a self-driven professional who can independently manage development activities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of hands-on experience working with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System (CLOS).
Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and loan origination workflows.
Proven experience customizing and configuring nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain nCino applications on the Salesforce platform.
Configure and enhance commercial loan origination workflows within nCino.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to nCino and Salesforce.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
