Job Description
Position Name: Client POS Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Ankeny, IA 50021 - onsite
JD and Must Have's:
1. Retail POS/Payments support, with hands-on Client Retalix R10 / Radiant / CX7 / 770x POS platform experience
2. Experience with fuel & forecourt systems — Site Controller, fuel dispensers, Price Advantage/Price Book integration
3. Strong log analysis skills (POS, FUEL PC, Windows Event Viewer) for advanced troubleshooting
4. ITIL-based incident & problem management experience; comfortable owning a problem backlog end-to-end
5. Scripting/automation exposure (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or RPA) to build L0/L1 self-heal solutions
6. Experience working with POS/payment vendors (Client, Verifone) to drive permanent fixes via JIRA/ServiceNow
7. Excellent stakeholder communication — able to work directly with client SHD/L2 leads and internal teams
