You will focus on technical leadership, procedure development, certification oversight, and continuous improvement—not routine inspection work.You will report to the Senior Quality Manager and be located in Ogden, UT. You will support this role 100% onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain training, qualifications, and certification programs for NDT and dimensional inspectorsInterpret and apply industry codes, standards, and procedures to meet customer and regulatory requirementsCreate and refine NDT techniques, procedures, and inspection methodsProvide mentorship and technical leadership to Level I and Level II personnelHelp develop examination plans and written procedures for NDT activitiesMaintain certifications and stay current with evolving technologies and industry practicesEnsure compliance with safety protocols and participate in required safety trainingOversee, maintain, and troubleshoot NDT equipment, automated systems, and related technologiesImplement work with quality and accuracy, documenting all quality-related findingsCollaborate to support operations, customers, and continuous improvement projectsQualifications5+ years of hands‑on experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) within nuclear and industrial environmentsExperience meeting industry requirements for Level III certificationCertified to a Westinghouse-written practice aligned with ASNT SNT‑TC‑1A, CP‑189, and ASME Section XIASNT certification not required; equivalent qualifications acceptedKnowledge of NDT standards, codes, and inspection methodologiesExperience in multiple NDT methods (e.g., UT, RT, PT, MT, and VT)We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
