Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for multiple **Associate or Experienced Non** **-Destructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist** to join the **Everett Delivery Center** based out of **Everett, Washington.** We are committed to provide our team equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment. Above all, Employees will be provided the opportunity to seek, speak, and listen within the organization which they are encouraged to share externally with each Boeing customer to build balanced work relationships. **Position Responsibilities:** + Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment + Develops procedures and processes + Performs tests or inspections and collects data + Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations + Provides feedback on adverse trends + Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products + Conducts certification preparation training **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Currently hold or have you previously held Level II NDT certification (Ultra Sonic, Eddy Current, Radiography) + Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessary + Capable of working in confined spaces and fit through a 10X18 oval opening + Ability to pass and complete fall protection training and work with heights of seventy feet or more and not exceed weight restrictions **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test) in Eddy Current and/or Ultrasonic and/or Radiography. + Associate's degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience + Ability to travel 10-20% of the time **Union:** This is a union-represented position.
