We’re Looking For A(n): Raw Batching Coordinator
Location: Seward, NE
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain accurate records of on-hand inventory for all ingredients used in batching
- Perform essential inventory tasks in ERP system
- Support the Raw Processing department by overseeing and verifying the accuracy of ingredient processing during production
- Train team members on inventory practices, ERP usage, and safety and quality processes and provide support to employees throughout the process
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, waste reduction and optimize production flow, working with cross-functional teams to implement changes
- Operate a forklift to move ingredients
- Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines for the facility
Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience operating food processing machinery preferred
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google programs
- Understanding of food safety and quality systems and manufacturing processes and technologies
