Assembly Associate — Sports Equipment Manufacturing
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $15/hr
Shift: 1st Shift, 7 AM - 3:45 PM, Mon-Fri

Alliance Industrial Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer of sports equipment and accessories to hire multiple Assembly Associates in Salisbury, North Carolina. These are immediate openings for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with manufacturing assembly experience.

Join a team that produces quality athletic equipment used by athletes at every level—from youth leagues to professional sports.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:45 PM

  • Overtime may be required based on production needs

  • ?Usually overtime is fulfilled by coming in early and/or staying late so that working weekends is avoided

  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required as scheduled by management

What You’ll Do

  • Review work orders, parts lists, and assembly instructions before beginning work.

  • Gather required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

  • Position and assemble components using templates, measurements, hand tools, and power tools.

  • Ensure parts fit correctly and fasten components according to specifications.

  • Measure completed components and perform quality inspections for defects or imperfections.

  • Troubleshoot minor assembly issues by making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.

  • Communicate material shortages, equipment needs, or production concerns to the supervisor.

  • Monitor supply inventory, verify incoming materials, and help maintain organized work areas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Experience safely using hand tools and power tools.

  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for the full shift.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to follow written instructions, measurements, and safety procedures.
