The Spot Cafe LLC in Saint Augustine, FL is looking for passionate Breakfast and Lunch Cooks to join their kitchen team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items with consistency and quality
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and stovetops
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service during peak hours
• Monitor food inventory, freshness, and assist with prep work as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or short-order cook preferred
• Genuine passion for food and delivering quality dishes consistently
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café kitchen environment
• Solid knowledge of breakfast and lunch cooking techniques
• Strong time management and multitasking skills during rush periods
• Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
