We are currently looking for licensed Drivers in the San Fernando/Los Angeles area to join our operation. Job Requirements:
- A current California Driver's License.
- Physical stamina: This job requires lifting and bending.
- Compassion and patience: This job requires you to interact with all types of people in all types of conditions.
- It is essential that our Drivers deeply care about the safety and well-being of those that we transport.
- Must be able to obtain an LADOT permit - Affinity transit will cover the cost.
- Applicants must have a valid and clean California driver's License.
- Valid Driving Record - Print Out (K4) from the DMV - Has to be 30 days recent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lift and Transfer patients as required (Bedside to Gurney and Gurney to Bedside).
- Transport clients to their desired destination.
- Must be willing to do a pre and post-trip inspection.
- We require everyone to frequently sanitize and wear masks during work hours.
- Providing Door to Door Assistance.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Prior experience is preferred but not required - We will be providing job training.
- Able to use and follow GPS navigation systems such as Google/Apple Maps.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team Player.
