    This 222-bed facility operates a Level III NICU and carries a Level II Trauma designation, supporting a broad range of critically ill neonatal patients requiring advanced intensive care services. The institution maintains established clinical protocols and appropriate staffing models to ensure quality patient outcomes across assigned service areas. The facility is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians during day, night, and 24-hour shift coverage. About the Facility Location

    Michigan offers visiting clinicians access to a variety of regional attractions, including outdoor recreation opportunities such as skiing, fishing, and camping, as well as cultural and historical destinations across the state. Year-round activities are available throughout the region, providing options for exploration during time away from assignment. About the Clinician‘s Workday

    Clinicians will provide neonatal-perinatal medicine care through day, night, and 24-hour shift coverage on an inpatient, on-site basis, with day shifts running from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Required procedures include intubation, chest tube placement, placement of central lines, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusion. Board certification in Neonatology and NRP certification are required for this assignment.
