Net Zero Cloud Administrator / Consultant

Remote | 12-Month Contract | Full-Time or Part-Time

Overview

Seeking an experienced Net Zero Cloud (NZC) Administrator/Consultant to support sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, Salesforce administration, and platform enhancements. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently while partnering with Sustainability, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce Net Zero Cloud (NZC).
  • Manage annual carbon accounting updates, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data.
  • Load, validate, and maintain sustainability datasets (energy, fuel, waste, water, and emissions data).
  • Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting or calculation issues.
  • Support and enhance Salesforce Flows, automation, custom objects, and business logic.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CRMA dashboards and reporting.
  • Support Marketing Cloud data extensions and related integrations.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security settings.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and reporting methodologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate sustainability and ESG reporting requirements into system solutions.

Required Experience

  • Strong Salesforce Administration experience, including:
    • Flows and automation
    • Data Loader and data imports
    • Custom objects and fields
    • Roles, profiles, and permission sets
    • CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structures.
  • Working knowledge of carbon accounting and GHG Protocol standards.
  • Understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting.
  • Experience with sustainability, ESG, environmental reporting, or Net Zero Cloud
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Additional Information

  • 12-month remote contract
  • Full-time or part-time arrangements available
  • Must be available during standard Eastern Time business hours
  • Experience with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud strongly preferred
