NETA Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NETA Field Service Technicianto join our team. Technical Expertise Electrical Testing and Analysis: Perform comprehensive electrical tests, including high-current, relay, cable, and transformer oil testing, and analyze results to ensure system reliability.Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, providing recommendations for repairs or replacements to maintain system integrity.Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect, test, and maintain low, medium, and high-voltage equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.NETA Standards: Apply and adhere to the latest NETA standards and industry best practices in all technical activities.Schematic Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams to support testing and repair efforts. Project Management and Leadership Field Service Leadership: Oversee and execute field service operations for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, manage scope, and communicate updates to leadership and clients to ensure timely completion.Team Mentorship: Mentor, train, and supervise junior technicians, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.Documentation: Maintain detailed records, write comprehensive reports, and document findings to support project transparency and compliance.Collaboration: Partner with engineers, project managers, and team members to deliver cohesive and efficient solutions.
