Netsmart Bells AI Consultant
Position Summary
The Bells AI Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for Netsmart's Bells AI platform, supporting healthcare providers in implementing, optimizing, and utilizing AI-powered clinical documentation solutions. This role combines clinical knowledge, healthcare technology expertise, training, workflow analysis, and client relationship management to improve documentation quality, clinician efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation and adoption of Bells AI solutions within healthcare organizations.
Train clinicians, administrative staff, and end users on Bells AI workflows and best practices.
Analyze clinical documentation processes and recommend workflow improvements.
Assist clients in configuring and optimizing Bells AI functionality.
Collaborate with vendor and client product, engineering, implementation, and support teams to resolve client issues.
Conduct demonstrations, presentations, and educational sessions for clients and stakeholders.
Monitor client utilization and adoption metrics to drive successful outcomes.
Gather client feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to product teams.
Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
Support change management initiatives during AI technology adoption.
Maintain strong relationships with clinical leadership and operational stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, or related field.
Clinical experience in behavioral health, post-acute care, human services, or healthcare operations.
Experience with Netsmart's product Bells Ai and either myEvolv/myAvatar
Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
Experience with healthcare technology implementations or SaaS solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-assisted clinical documentation tools.
Clinical informatics certification.
Knowledge of healthcare workflow optimization and change management.
Experience in healthcare IT consulting, implementation, or client success roles.
Familiarity with Netsmart EHR platforms and healthcare interoperability standards.
