- 3 or more years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with active NetSuite Administrator certification required.
- Proficiency in NetSuite workflow configuration, permissions, and user access management.
- Experience with EDI integration and troubleshooting within a NetSuite environment.
- Experience providing post-go-live support, including issue triage and process refinement.
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, and screen recordings for business users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, patient approach to training and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, permissions, and user access roles.
- Provide hands-on post-go-live support, resolving issues and refining system configurations.
- Support EDI processes and troubleshoot related data exchange issues within NetSuite.
- Document business processes and system procedures for ongoing reference.
- Create training materials and screen recordings to support end-user adoption.
- Train business users and recommend process improvements in collaboration with the internal
