Are you a hands-on NetSuite Administrator who enjoys helping organizations get the most out of their ERP investment?

This opportunity is with a well-established nonprofit organization and will have a strong focus on accounting, finance, and fund accounting. The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting knowledge and the ability to translate financial and operational needs into effective NetSuite solutions.

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to take ownership of a recently implemented system and help drive user adoption, training, optimization, and ongoing improvement across the organization. This is an onsite role, it is not hybrid at this time and will NOT be remote. Only local candidates considered.

This is an initial six-month contract with the potential to become a permanent position based on mutual fit, or it can remain a pure consulting engagement for the right individual.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator and internal system expert
• Optimize workflows, dashboards, reporting, configurations, roles, and permissions
• Train and support users throughout the organization
• Troubleshoot issues and improve overall system performance
• Support and maintain integrations with other business systems
• Partner closely with Accounting and IT to improve processes and functionality
• Help drive post-implementation adoption and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
• Strong experience with workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and user access
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and GAAP
• Ability to translate business and accounting needs into practical NetSuite solutions
• Experience training users and supporting organization-wide adoption
• NetSuite certification is a plus
• Fund accounting experience is highly desirable
• Nonprofit experience is helpful but not required

Location: Beachwood, Ohio

Schedule: Approximately 40-45 hours per week, onsite (6 mos contract)

Pay: $60–$78/hour W-2 equivalent
