NetSuite Administrator

A well-established, family-owned fragrance distribution company is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join the team. The company is entering a period of active growth, with several major systems implementations underway, including WMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms. The NetSuite Administrator will take over day-to-day ownership of the NetSuite environment, serve as the technical owner of upcoming implementation projects, and run the company's intake and change-control process.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $95,000–$110,000

Location: Houston, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
System Administration (Daily)

• Users, roles & permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom forms and fields, SuiteFlow workflows, CSV imports, sandbox management, and release-preview testing.

Intake & Change Control

• Run the company-wide request funnel: triage weekly, classify by tiers and priority (routine / cross-impact / structural), enforce sandbox ? UAT ? deploy on every cross-impact change, and keep the change log audit-ready.

Integrations & Data

• Build and monitor the e-commerce channel connectors (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.); upkeep master-data hygiene across entities in coordination with respective managers; run quarterly role and permission access reviews.

WMS Program

• Support the platform evaluation, then own configuration, integration testing, go-live, and hypercare alongside NetSuite Area Leads and warehouse leadership; across 4 warehouses in the local area.

Agency & Vendor Management

• Scope, prioritize, and QA all work delivered by the company's external NetSuite development agency under a fixed monthly block.

Enablement

• Train and support five departmental super-users (Finance, Operations, Warehouse, E-Commerce, LATAM); build the internal knowledge base; absorb full admin knowledge from the Financial Controller in your first 30 days.

Governance Support

• Prepare NetSuite Area Lead materials, report the KPI dashboard, and draft one-page business cases for structural changes (modules, licenses, entity onboarding).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration
• NetSuite OneWorld or multi-subsidiary experience
• Wholesale distribution or another inventory-heavy environment (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fulfillment flows)
• Deep in roles & permissions, SuiteFlow, saved searches & reporting, CSV imports
• Sandbox-first discipline and clean change documentation
• Plain-English communicator across warehouse, finance, e-commerce, and an outside dev agency
• Houston on-site

Nice to Haves:

• SuiteScript literacy — reading and scoping
• NetSuite WMS or RF-SMART exposure
• E-commerce connector experience (Celigo or similar iPaaS)
• SuiteFoundation or NetSuite Administrator certification
• Spanish — the company operates across LATAM and has a diverse workforce
