NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect Contract 3 month engagement to start, with extensionOn-Site - Arlington, MAOverview: The NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. This role requires strong architectural vision, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business process automation and data flow. The architect will analyze current workflows, recommend integration best practices, and ensure robust, secure, and high-performance solutions are delivered in alignment with organizational goals.Primary Objectives:
Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end integration solutions between NetSuite and Salesforce, utilizing APIs, middleware, and appropriate integration tools.
Serve as technical lead in solution architecture, integration strategy, and best practice standards for both platforms.
Analyze and document existing business processes to identify integration opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve data visibility and accuracy.
Provide hands-on leadership in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes.
Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless data synchronization.
Ensure all integration solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable integration solutions.
Stay current with advancements in NetSuite, Salesforce, and integration technologies, recommending enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.
Proven expertise in integrating NetSuite and Salesforce with middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, Workato).
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and workflow automation principles.
Solid background in solution and integration architecture, with experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
