Network Administrator Location: Columbia, SC (hybrid) Contract Length: 6 Months Pay Rate: $35/hr - $40/hr Overview Join a highly visible Network Operations Center (NOC) team responsible for supporting a large-scale enterprise network environment. This role focuses on network monitoring, incident response, operational support, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of critical network services. Key Responsibilities
Perform daily operational health checks and environment validation activities.
Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across enterprise infrastructure.
Respond to and resolve network incidents, outages, and service disruptions.
Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Manage break-fix activities and service requests.
Implement operational changes following established change management processes.
Support compliance and remediation initiatives.
Manage network backup and recovery procedures.
Create and maintain operational documentation, processes, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and application support teams to ensure operational excellence and service availability.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
4 years of relevant work experience; OR

Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, network administration, infrastructure support, or related environments.
Experience supporting enterprise network technologies in a 24x7 operational environment.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.
Experience performing network monitoring, operational maintenance, and infrastructure support activities.
