Job Location: This position can work onsite from any of our 10 physical locations. 

Job Purpose:

In compliance with established policies and procedures, this position performs end-user support. Our environment is constantly changing and overall duties within our organization are never static at any level. Banking is a highly regulated, high tech, high security industry, with systems implementations and migrations - there are always new skills and systems to learn. Additional responsibilities include vulnerability management, user access management, audits and many others. The Network Administrator will perform assigned duties in accordance with Midstates Bank's Core Values and will adhere to the Quality Service Standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides Help Desk support and technical training to coworkers on the organization's technology
  • Troubleshoots and resolves application/user errors, network connectivity, etc.
  • Installs and maintains workstations, peripherals and office tech as needed
  • Facilitates and acts as a resource for O365 + Teams, Azure and Intune
  • Works directly with our Managed IT support team and 3rd party vendors to maintain and troubleshoot applications on Windows servers
  • Manages the bank's VOIP phone system devices and configuration
  • Manages the bank's cyber security program
  • Social engineer monitoring
  • Education of staff
  • Completion of the Cyber Security Assessment Tool
  • Reviews vulnerability reports on a weekly basis; works to mitigate risks
  • Participates in the Managed IT quarterly reviews
  • Manages the telecommunication / ISP provider relationship
  • Updates and maintains the hardware and software inventory of the bank
  • Assists in development of IT policies and procedures
  • Completes employee onboarding and termination tasks. Maintains a basic understanding of AD security groups and group policy.
  • Executes change management and systems documentation
  • Assists in managing the bank's physical security
  • Assists in operational and technology projects as directed by the COO
  • Oversees 3rd party network and security audits
  • Participates in civic activities to promote growth and development of the community and a positive image for the bank
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance in accordance with established work schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

Microsoft Windows & Office Products, Jack Henry SilverLake, Active Directory, ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly, ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task, professional and courteous communication to both internal and external clients, ability to multitask, reliability and trustworthy.

Education:

A degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field from a technical school or university. Experience in cybersecurity or Microsoft certification preferred.
