· Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
· Hands-on experience with:
o Cisco switches
o Palo Alto firewalls
o Aruba wireless solutions
· Strong knowledge of:
o LAN/WAN
o MPLS
o P2P
o SD-WAN
o VPN / IPSec VPN
o IDS/IPS
o Remote access technologies
· Experience with network monitoring and incident management.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States.
· Support and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and security infrastructure.
· Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Aruba wireless networks.
· Manage network connectivity including MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, and IPSec VPN environments.
· Monitor network performance, availability, and security events.
· Troubleshoot network incidents and implement corrective solutions.
· Support cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance.
· Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
· Support network projects and infrastructure improvements.
· Provide technical support for manufacturing and business operations.
