Network Administrator in Cayce SC Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator – Advanced to support enterprise network and identity services. This role is part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team and will focus on deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network and identity initiatives including SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and connectivity issues across systems
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure lifecycle
• Configure and support switches, wireless access points, and authentication systems
• Support Windows-based systems and mobile device connectivity (Apple devices)
• Perform network deployments, installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Maintain and update network documentation (diagrams, designs, configurations)
• Monitor and resolve tickets from the enterprise ticketing system
• Collaborate with Network, Security, and IT teams for issue resolution
• Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of network solutions
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points
• 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
• Experience creating and maintaining network documentation and diagrams

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) – active or inactive
• Cisco Networking Academy or similar training
